Dear MJ students and families,

Summer will soon be here! June has no National Holidays, but we will be CLOSED on Friday, June 13th for personal reasons.

Also, please feel free to join our Summer School program! It is open to both MJ members and non-members. If you wish to sign up, please contact us by email only from 6/16 at 10:00 am. We have attached a flyer to this mail, and it will be posted on our website as well.

October 2024 News and Schedule

Dear MJ students and families,

Finally, the weather is cooling down!

October has 1 national holiday (14日), so we will be closed on that day. This month, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday all have 5 lessons, so please take note.

Also… Halloween is coming soon! Our kids’ group classes will have a special “Halloween lesson” at the end of the month. The dates are: 25日, 26日, 28日, 29日,30日, and 31日. We will give out treats, and costumes are welcome (but not required). Don’t miss it!

ようやく涼しくなってきました！

10月は祝日が1日（14日）あるため、その日はお休みとなります。今月は火曜、水曜、木曜のレッスンが5回ありますので、ご注意ください。

また…ハロウィンももうすぐです！キッズグループクラスでは月末に「ハロウィンレッスン」を開催します。日程は25日、26日、28日、29日、30日、31日です。お菓子を配りますし、コスチュームも歓迎です（必須ではありません）。お見逃しなく！

April 2024

Dear MJ students and families,

We hope you are all enjoying the Spring holiday, and are as excited about the new school year as we are!

This is a reminder that regular classes will start on Monday, April 1st~.
We will be closed April 29 and 30th.

Also, please remember that we have a lesson fee increase starting in April (¥7000~ –> ¥8000~). We previously announced it at the end of January, so hopefully everyone understands the situation.

We are looking forward to seeing all of our students’ faces, both returning and new, in April!!!

We have two more days of Halloween-themed lessons (30th and 31st), then we’re back to our usual routine in November.
In November, there are two national holidays – 11/3 and 11/23 – and we’ll be closed those days.

新型コロナウイルス感染拡大に伴う対応指針

日頃よりMJ Englishの活動にご理解いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。

教室では万全の感染症予防対策を取ったうえで、可能な限り通常通り授業・指導を実施してまいります。

レッスンにお越しの際はご自宅での検温、マスクの着用、手の消毒にご協力ください。

体濃厚接触者の特定待ち、又は可能性のある生徒様、ご家族、近親者の方に感染の疑いがある症状が出ている場合、又は陽性の方がいらっしゃる生徒様におかれましては、オンライン、又は振替レッスンに切り替えて頂くようにお願いいたします。(この際、振替レッスンの期間設定はありません)また、体調のすぐれない生徒様も同様にお願いいたします。

本人が濃厚接触や陽性となった生徒様は、安全が確認できるまで、振替もしくはオンラインレッスンに移行して実施します。

原則、医療機関および保健所等行政の衛生主管部局の判断・指示にしたがって頂ければと思いますが

感染が確認された日、又は感染者と最後に濃厚接触をした日の翌日から起算して１０日経過後、発熱等の症状が一切ない場合、生徒様の通塾を可能とします。

狭い教室でのレッスンですので、感染を広げない為にも、ご協力お願いいたします。

August 2020 News and Schedule

As usual, most of August will be our holiday time. 

As we said in last month’s mail, there will be 1 week of online Summer School for kids who wish to take part.

We will start regular classes again from Monday, August 31st.

If you have any questions, please let us know!

Dear MJ students and families,
We hope everybody is doing fine, and we thank you for your patience and support during these difficult times.

平素より当教室の運営にご理解、ご協力いただき誠にありがとうございます。

緊急事態宣言が解除となりましたので、６月１日より通常レッスンを再開する事をお知らせ致します。

今後も皆様の安全を確保するために、特別な注意を払って参ります。

メンバーの皆様へのお願い

・発熱や体調不良、２週間以内に感染者との接触があった場合はお休みしてください

・例外なくマスクの着用をお願い致します

・入室時に手を消毒して下さい

・教室入室時に体温を測定させていただきます

・マスクを取っての、咳/くしゃみ、鼻をいじるなど不衛生な行動は避けてください。これは子供にとっては難しい事もある為、保護者様からのご指導をお願い致します

教室サイドでは：

・入室時に体温を測定

・消毒液の提供

・クラス毎にテーブルの表面、椅子などの拭き取り

・座席スペースの間隔を開け、作業用のテーブルにはパーテーションの使用

・常に窓を開けて換気を行う

それでは、皆様とのレッスンの再開楽しみにしております。

5月のレッスンについて

引き続き、新型コロナ感染予防対策としてオンラインでのレッスンとさせていただきます。皆様にはご迷惑をおかけしまして、大変申し訳ございません。

 今後は、緊急事態宣言が解除となり、地域の公立小学校が再開された段階で、通常のレッスンを再開する予定ですが、今のところ５月に関してはオンラインのみのレッスンとなります。

 今回の延長に際しまして、今月からのオンラインレッスン受講希望の方はお問い合わせ下さい。

 尚、お月謝に関しまして、先月と今月分を受講されている方は、大変お手数ですが、教室前を通りかかる事がありましたら、自宅の郵便受けに投函という方法（その際は事前にご一報頂けると助かります）又はお振込でお願い致します。

 ＊上記が難しい方は対応致しますのでお問い合わせ下さい。

ゴールデンウィークの対応について

通常ゴールデンウィークはお休みを頂いておりますが、今年はStay Home週間という事で、この期間を利用してオンラインでのレッスンを受付しております。

 この期間中の時間を有効に使い、英語力の強化をしてみませんか？

 5月１〜5月8日の期間中は何度でも1回30分￥1000で受講いただけます。

通常のレッスン時間、又はご希望の時間で可能です（先着順）

 ご希望の方はお問い合わせ下さい。

 メンバー以外の方も是非お待ちしております！

MJオンラインについて

MJオンラインについて

 MJオンラインはLINEのビデオ電話機能を使い、小学生以上の生徒様１～２名様で行うレッスンです。
期間限で通常のレッスンをオンラインに振替する事が可能です。
通常のレッスン時間内、又はレッスンの空き時間での受講が可能です。

 ・オンラインの場合は１レッスン３０分となります。

・受講の際はヘッドフォンをご用意ください

・静かな部屋でのレッスンがオススメです

・コネクションやセッテイングに時間がかかる事がございます。

その時間もレッスンに含まれる事がありますのでご了承ください。

Dear MJ students and families,

September went by very quickly! I hope everyone is adjusting to the “back-to-school” schedule.

In October, we will be closed on 14日, 16日,  17日 and 22日.

Also, Halloween is coming up! All of our kids’ classes will have a Halloween “party lesson” at the end of the month. The dates are: 25日,28日,29日,30日,31日. I will give out snack bags, and the kids are welcome to wear costumes!

平素は格別のご愛顧を賜り厚く御礼申し上げます。
さて、当塾におきましては、お客様各位のご期待に添うべく、創立当初より経営の合理化を図りながら、授業料を据え置いてまいりました。しかしながら、昨今の社会環境の変化に伴う各種費用の増加等の状況に鑑み、2019年10月分から会費を改定させていただくこととなりましたので、ご案内申し上げます。

＜改定後の会費のお知らせ＞

グループレッスン　¥6600 –> ¥7000

プライベートレッスン ¥15000 –> ¥16000

バイアポイントメントレッスン ¥4000 –> ¥5000

• 引き続き入会金は不要です。

今後とも、さらに力を注ぎ、生徒一人ひとりの学習効果の向上に努めてまいります。このたびの会費改定につきまして、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますよう、重ねてお願い申し上げます。
